Using Domingo

By using Domingo, you agree to use the app and website in a lawful and respectful way. You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.

Accounts

• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• You may not attempt to access accounts, systems, or content that you do not have permission to use.
• We may suspend or terminate access if the service is abused or used in violation of these terms.

Subscriptions and billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by the platform you purchased through, such as Apple App Store or Google Play, and are also subject to that platform's rules.

Acceptable use

• Do not interfere with the security or operation of the service.
• Do not copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute the service or its content without permission.
• Do not use Domingo to upload or share unlawful, harmful, or infringing material.

Content and intellectual property

Domingo and its branding, software, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Using the service does not transfer ownership of those rights to you.

Service changes

We may update, improve, pause, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time. We may also revise these terms as the product evolves.

Limitation of liability

Domingo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
